Delivery & Returns

How and when will my order be delivered?

We aim to create and dispatch your order within one working day. All our personalisation is carried out in-house by our master engravers.

Standard Delivery – Free of charge

Your order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48hrs, completely free of charge on all standard UK deliveries.

  • Delivery time: 2 working days
  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note:
Orders placed after 3pm on Fridays, as well as on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, will be dispatched on the next UK working day.

Next Day Delivery – £6.95

Our Express service guarantees delivery on the next working day (UK only).

  • Orders placed by 3pm Monday to Thursday will be shipped the same day and delivered by 1pm the next working day.
  • Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the following working day.

This is a signed-for service. If no one is available to sign, the item will be taken to your local sorting office and must be collected within 7 days. If the item is not collected within this time, it will be returned to us.

Saturday Delivery – £10.95

  • Orders placed by 3pm Monday to Friday will be delivered by 1pm that Saturday.

International Delivery – £10

We ship internationally via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

  • Delivery time: up to 7 days for Europe, and 10–14 days worldwide.
  • Carriers may vary depending on the destination.

Import Duties and Customs

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable upon delivery. These charges are outside our control and must be paid by the recipient.

What is your returns policy?

We offer refunds or exchanges within 28 days of purchase for all unpersonalised items, provided they’re returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons.
  • Exchanges must be for the same or higher value.
  • Sale items are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Personalised items are non-refundable, but we’re happy to work with you to modify your piece where possible.

Personalised Item Modifications

We offer the following adjustments, at an additional cost:

  • Add text/symbols (same side, if space allows)
  • Add text/symbols (reverse side, if space allows)
  • Add/remove extension links
  • Add gems, pearls or charms

Please inquire as to the cost of these modifications, as we calculate these on a product-by-product basis.

Product Guarantee

All our products are covered by a 1-year guarantee. This does not cover:

  • General wear and tear
  • Damage due to incorrect use or careless handling
  • Third-party repairs
  • Loss or theft

How do I return an item?

Returns cost £3.60, which will be deducted from your refund (unless the item is faulty).

Create your return label

To return an item:

1) Email us at info@hurleyburleyjewellery.com to let us know you’re returning your order.

2) Include the following in your return:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the ordering customer (if different)
  • Your email address and telephone number
  • The website/company you ordered from

Please retain your proof of postage for peace of mind. We will issue your refund to the original payment card once your return has been received and processed.
