Once an order has been placed, we’ll do our best to accommodate any requests, however we can’t guarantee changes due to the volumes of orders being received — especially on Mondays, bank holidays, and during busy seasonal periods. We offer free Standard Delivery on all UK orders, with a guide time of 2 working days from the date of dispatch.

We always engrave your personalisation exactly as you have requested. However, please note that our expert engravers may adjust the spacing or layout slightly if needed to suit the shape and size of the product or tag. This ensures your engraving looks as balanced and beautiful as possible.
Absolutely! Our qualified engravers are able to engrave in the language or script of your choosing - just enter it as you would like it to appear on the personalisation page.
Most Hurley Burley products will be packed in a complimentary gift box, tied with a ribbon. Packaging will usually be shown on the product page.
We are happy to include a Hurley Burley gift note with your gift message free of charge. This service is available at the checkout.
We do not include prices on our order slip, so rest assured, this won't go out with your order if you are sending your order directly to your gift recipient.
Yes! You can add your own gift message to any order at checkout. This will be printed in our handwriting style on branded card paper.

The guarantee lapses in the event of incorrect use, third-party repairs and careless handling and the warranty does not cover wear-and-tear, wear parts such as silk, leather or waxed cotton. Items that have been worn will not be replaced or credited unless it is clear that there is a manufacturing fault.
