Packaging

We will supply each item with the appropriate packaging i.e. giftbox for jewellery.

Please let us know if you do not require giftboxes

Personalisation

The wholesale price does not include the price of personalisation.

This is available at extra cost ranging from £1 to £3 per item dependant on volume.

Orders

Prices are net of VAT @20% which is applicable to all orders

Our Minimum  order is £100 (ex vat)

We aim to despatch orders within 2 working days and often send on the day of order.

Delivery times for special orders or bulk orders will be discussed at time of order.

Delivery

Postage Paid – Orders over £500 (Ex vat) will be sent carriage paid via Courier or Special Delivery.

Orders up to £500 will be sent via 1st class Signed for (charged at cost of stamps), unless you request Special Delivery.

Overseas orders – charged at actual cost of postage.

The actual postal charge will vary with the weight and size of parcel. We use a suggested/average cost on our website but this is for an indication only. If you order a point of sale, this will affect the postal charge due to the weight.

NB: Special Delivery is next day delivery, after 1pm except for goods posted on Friday which will arrive the following Monday. Signed For (1st class post that is signed for). This does not guarantee next day delivery and is not trackable.

Part and Back orders will be sent at no charge.

Short deliveries must be reported to our office within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Returned Goods

You have 10 days to return any lines you do not wish to keep.

We request you contact us by email, in writing or by phone before returning more than 5 items.

Please note that if you return any stock for credit, we request it should be in its original packaging, if this is not the case we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee based on the amount of time it takes us to re-bag and re-label the returned items

If all goods are returned, we also reserve the right not to refund the original postage charge and to recoup 2% if payment was made by credit or debit card.

Faulty goods must be returned within 21 days of receipt for replacement or credit.

Hurleyburley London Ltd reserves the right not to accept returns after 10 days if the product is not deemed to be faulty, & to question unreasonable levels of returned products.

Prices

Please enter your debit/credit card details during check out. All major cards are accepted except American Express.

Payment is also possible by BACS  in advance.

Images

Images can only be used or re-produced with written consent of Hurleyburley London Ltd and permission will only be granted if you have actually purchased the item. We reserve the right to ask you to remove/withdraw the image if we consider it to be mis-used or misrepresentative of our goods.

We have the right to cancel any outstanding lines
